TT Services is acting as the data processor when processing applications on behalf of Government clients.
When providing visa outsourcing services to a Government, TT Services collects personal information of visa applicants as required by that Government for the purposes of assessing your visa application. Such personal information may include name, date of birth, passport details, biometrics, photographs, addresses and contact details, marital status, criminal records, education details and supporting documentation (hereinafter “Personal Data”).
Your Personal Data may be collected, used or disclosed by TT Services in order to facilitate the processing of your visa application, answering queries from you and processing payment of the visa fees or value added services provided by TT Services.
Unless otherwise provided herein, the data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the territory in which you are applying for your visa (hereinafter the “Visa Application Territory”). If your Visa Application Territory is Russia, your personal data will be stored in Russia.
Your personal data may be processed by staff operating outside the Visa Application Territory who work for TT Services or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the facilitation of your visa application, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.
TT Services does not disclose or otherwise transfer your personal data, except as necessary for the purpose of providing the visa application services and any associated services and performing its obligations, and except as otherwise stated below.
Your personal data will be disclosed to the appropriate Embassy/Consulate/Diplomatic Mission for the purposes of processing your application. Such personal data will be retained by the Embassy/Consulate/Diplomatic Mission, in accordance with their separate privacy policies.
TT Services may also disclose your personal data to third party service providers and their respective officers, employees, agents and representatives for the purpose for which the information was collected or for related purposes, to provide you with a service that you requested. These third party service providers are provided with such information they need to perform their designated functions and are not authorised to use or disclose personal data for their own purposes.
TT Services may disclose your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with a court order, judicial proceedings, or other legal, statutory or regulatory process served on TT Services or to exercise legal rights or defend against legal claims, criminal investigations, judicial matters or in prevention, investigation, detection, prosecution of criminal activities or matters related to national security.
Hardcopy applications are retained by the relevant Government Embassy/Consulate/Diplomatic Mission and accordingly TT Services does not retain your hardcopy personal data. Personal Information captured electronically on our system is retained for a maximum of six months or as stipulated by the Government client. Limited information may be retained for financial reporting purposes for a period as stipulated by local financial reporting laws.
Personal Data stored on the server is destroyed using an electronic computer programme. Any hard-copy documentation containing your personal data retained by TT Services is securely shredded.
TT Services, in its sole discretion, may change, amend, cancel or withdraw any or all of the terms and conditions mentioned herein at any time without any prior notice. Accordingly you are advised to review these terms and conditions as and when you submit an application.
