500g full-fat cottage cheese 3-4Tbsp maple syrup 1pinch salt 3-4graham cracker sheets, broken into small pieces 2bananas, diced, divided
In a blender or using a hand blender in a medium bowl, blend the cottage cheese, maple syrup, salt and scoop one banana until you get a smooth consistency.
Pour the folded Graham Cracker cookies and the rest of the diced bananas.
Transfer to a freezer-safe dish and freeze for 2-4 hours.
